Our maintenance, HVAC, and porter teams play an important role in creating well-maintained, comfortable communities for our residents. From responding to maintenance needs and maintaining shared spaces to ensuring essential systems are operating properly, their work makes a meaningful difference every day.
Ice cream socials were held at Solaire, Toscana Villas, Emerald Bay, and Hacienda Hills, giving team members an opportunity to step away from their daily responsibilities, connect with colleagues, and enjoy some well-deserved appreciation.
